Jean-Charles Savornin

Before founding Projectence Consulting, Jean-Charles held several international functions as head of projects department or project manager within large energy corporations, where he managed multi-billion dollar portfolio of turnkey projects in Europe, India, P.R.China, South Korea, Chile and South-Africa during tender and execution phase.

He also gained experience of CAPEX projects within a large manufacturer for the aerospace business.

Based on the assessment that companies willing to improve the efficiency of their projects had to rely either on independent experienced professionals lacking the methodology of consultants, or consultants lacking the real experience of managing a project, he created Projectence to offer to industrial companies the capability to implement the theory with pragmatism.

Jean-Charles is Affiliated Professor at ESCP-Europe, has been visiting professor at at HEC Paris, ISAE-Sup’Aéro and Assas. He is the author of many books on project management and contract management.

He graduated in electrical engineering from GrenobleINP, holds a master degree in project management from HEC Paris and ISAE-Sup’Aéro and is a certified PMP® (project management professional).
