I have had the pleasure to manage Jean-Charles when he was part of my international development team at Solairedirect. This was a time when nothing was carved in stone and everything had to be created, adapted, implemented to build the business including the engineering and project management. Jean-Charles took a leading role as head project manager supporting the local teams in the USA, South Africa, India, Chile, Morocco and Thailand, setting project standards and project implementation schemes to ensure best practices from development to operations of our assets. Jean-Charles is hands-on and whenever needed he was supporting the local teams directly in the field showing his capabilities to adapt to different countries and business cultures.
