For the restructuring of a project-oriented company, as the new President, I had to face several issues, including:
– securing the short-term cash, sales and margins of the on-going projects.
– paving the way for the future by consolidating the teams, the processes and the tools to improve contract signature and project delivery.
Thanks to his broad and deep knowledge in project management, both theoretical and operational, Jean-Charles Savornin helped us reach our goals.
His ability to work at all levels of the company made him a real asset in the restructuring of the company, putting in place processes and developing a project-oriented and contract-oriented mindset, both in the short-term and in the long-term.
The relationship he developed with the teams was a real help to get feedback from the field and develop the proper communication to shift the mindset of the company towards one of success and professionalism and improve the global level of our projects.
